The service and these terms
Magdir is operated by SHENZHEN YWO ELECTRONICS CO.,LTD. These terms describe use of the Magdir directory, datasheet research resources, accounts, engineering tools, paid listing placement, sponsored advertising, and enterprise services. Contact [email protected] for service and billing questions.
Magdir provides information and website services. Purchases of physical components, samples, warranties, delivery, and supplier agreements are handled directly with the relevant manufacturer or merchant. Additional terms expressly agreed for an order apply to that order.
Accounts and submitted information
Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate information. Submit company, product, and contact information only where you are entitled to do so. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to submitted text, images, documents, and logos, and for avoiding confidential or unlawfully disclosed information.
By submitting a listing, you permit Magdir to store, format, and display the submitted materials to provide and promote the requested directory service. Ownership of your materials is not transferred. Listings may be reviewed, corrected, declined, or removed when inaccurate, infringing, abusive, or inconsistent with the service.
Technical data and engineering tools
Records, explanations, and calculations support preliminary research. They may be incomplete, outdated, or affected by import or interpretation errors. Verify current specifications, measurement conditions, lifecycle status, and safety requirements with the original manufacturer before design approval or purchase.
Tool results depend on your inputs and the stated model. Nominal parameter similarity, a directory listing, paid placement, or completion of a comparison checklist does not establish certification, supplier qualification, or drop-in compatibility. Validate the selected part under the actual electrical, mechanical, and thermal operating conditions.
Paid listings, advertising, and enterprise orders
The pricing page describes the available plans. A listing plan purchases the stated placement and service benefits; sponsored advertising purchases an agreed advertising period; enterprise services depend on a separately agreed scope. Check the order description, price, duration, schedule, and any renewal terms before paying. An advertising price per week describes its period and does not by itself establish automatic renewal.
Payment does not certify a manufacturer or component and does not guarantee search ranking, traffic, sales, leads, or a purchasing outcome. Paid placement may affect visibility. Advertisement and affiliate relationships are commercial arrangements rather than technical endorsements.
For cancellation, non-delivery, duplicate charges, billing errors, or refund requests, contact [email protected] with your order reference and issue. Eligibility depends on the agreed order, services already provided, and applicable law. These terms do not impose a blanket no-refund rule or remove statutory consumer rights.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
Do not impersonate another business, submit misleading information, upload unlawful or malicious material, bypass access controls, or disrupt the service. Obtain agreement for bulk access or integration that could burden the service. We may restrict access to address abuse or security incidents.
Manufacturer names, trademarks, images, and documents remain the property of their respective owners. Access to a document through Magdir does not grant ownership or additional reuse rights. Check the rights holder's terms before copying, redistributing, or using materials commercially.
Availability and responsibility
Availability and features may change or be interrupted. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or suitability of every record or calculation for a particular application. A supplier or third-party website is responsible for its own products, representations, and transactions.
Any exclusions or limits of responsibility apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Specific commitments expressly agreed for a paid order continue to apply.
Privacy, changes, and resolving questions
The privacy policy explains the processing of account, listing, payment, email, analytics, and advertising information. When these terms change, the revision date will be updated; any mandatory notice and applicable legal requirements still apply.
